Awaken the Room exists to glorify God, exalt Jesus Christ and make the Gospel known.
Founded by husband and wife Kirby and Daniella Chretien, it was born from an urgency to reach those outside the four walls and awaken believers to the call of Christ.
In a generation familiar with church, Scripture and worship, Awaken the Room carries a simple but urgent question:
Are believers living out what Jesus has called them to do?
Jesus commanded His followers to go and make disciples, be His witnesses, proclaim the Gospel, pray, worship and make His name known.
Through worship, evangelism, prayer, Scripture and discipleship, Awaken the Room exists to point people to Jesus.
The harvest is plentiful. The time is short. There is work to do.
This is not about building a name.
It is about lifting up His.

We long to see a generation that knows God, loves Jesus, lives according to His Word and boldly proclaims the Gospel.
We believe God is already at work, drawing people to Himself and stirring a deeper hunger for truth, holiness, prayer and authentic faith.
Our desire is to faithfully follow wherever He leads, whether in public spaces, homes, venues, communities, or wherever the Gospel can be proclaimed.

More Than Four Walls…
Awaken the Room is a ministry dedicated to glorifying God and making Jesus Christ known.
Our heart is to create spaces where people can encounter God through worship, prayer, the preaching of His Word, and the proclamation of the Gospel.
We believe God is not confined to a building. Throughout Scripture, He met people on mountains, in homes, by rivers, in marketplaces, on roads, and in cities. Today, we believe He is still drawing people to Himself wherever hearts are open to Him.
Whether we gather in a public square, a community venue, a home, or another place God provides, our desire remains the same:
To glorify God.
To exalt Jesus Christ.
To preach the Gospel.
To make disciples.
To faithfully follow wherever He leads.
Our focus has never been on building our own name, but on seeing the name of Jesus lifted high.

We offer one-on-one Bible studies for those wanting to understand Scripture, ask questions and learn more about Jesus in a personal setting.
We also offer private, personal prayer for anyone who needs someone to stand with them in prayer.
No pressure. Just Scripture, prayer and people willing to walk alongside you.

What Church do we go to?ONE BODY. ONE CHRIST.
Awaken the Room is not connected to one particular church and we do not promote one church above another.
We believe all who belong to Jesus are one body in Christ — different churches and backgrounds, but one Lord, one faith and one Gospel.
We encourage everyone to be part of a Bible-believing, Christ-centred church where God's Word is faithfully taught, Jesus is exalted and believers can grow in genuine Christian community.
Our purpose is simple: point people to Jesus and lift His name high.
